The Joggins Fossil Cliffs are situated on the Bay of Fundy in Nova Scotia, Canada. Inscribed on the World Heritage List in July 2008, the site is described as the "Coal-Age Galapagos". The awesome cliffs and award-winning visitor centre are the jewel in the world's Carboniferous Period crown

The Joggins Fossil Institute is once again enlisting the help of Anna-Marie Weir to offer advice and training on exceptional customer service. The session is broken up into two parts.The First part called "We're in the Band", explains how customer service and teamwork are related. Anna-Marie uses the analogy of being in a band to highlight keys messages of "come to perform, set the stage, connect with your audience".
The second part is a seminar on Exceptional Service. The seminar covers the essentials of good customer service such as; creating great first impressions, addressing guests professionally and appropriately.
The cost is only $55.00 (tax included) per person, including morning refreshments.
